The origins of the group dates back to 1988,
when the two elder brothers, Gianni and Paolo, founded a small construction company, which subsequently, with the help of Tonino,
his younger brother, reaches the size, structure and organization of a holding company.
Today under the guidance of Gianni, Paolo and Tonino, the CO.GE.BO. SpA Holding encloses a number of companies operating in
various sectors of constructions:
- The construction contractors and public;
- The field of rental construction equipment;
- Real estate.

The current workforce is approximately 170 units.

The group operates throughout the Italian territory.

The major works in progress:
- The completion of the general command of the Guardia di Finanza in Ostia, Rome;
- The work of infrastructure-related and complementary for the G8, La Maddalena island, Olbia Tempio;
- Restructuring, conservative renewal of some buildings and construction of an underground parking, Via Cavour, Rome;
- The construction of 108 villas in the district
Vallerano - Rome;
- The construction of 300 apartments in location Ostiense, Rome.
